Our call centres in Roggel (NL) and Viersen (D) employ about 60 experienced (and multilingual) call centre agents with a thorough knowledge of the agricultural sector. We can carry out successful marketing or research on your behalf thanks to the right expertise (consultancy, scripting and project management) and our predictive dialling system. Predictive dialling means that the computer calls the customers and distributes the calls as efficiently as possible. With this system we can complete up to four times more interviews per hour. We will work with you to create a tailor-made telemarketing project.

Updating and expanding your customer and prospect database

We regularly contact all the agricultural companies by phone to update our database. You can match our data with your own database and if necessary add addresses to your database. It is also possible to add your own questions to our basic questionnaire (see market scans).

Market research

An up-to-date address database is an excellent foundation for market research. We are happy to advise you about various forms of agricultural market research.

Raising the response rate

The percentage of spontaneous reactions to actions is usually very small. If telemarketing is used as a follow-up, the response rate can be increased as much as fivefold.

Lead follow-up

'Leads' are companies that have shown a certain interest in your products or services. We follow up these leads up to the point when an appointment or purchase is made or a negative response is received. Telemarketing is an excellent way to track these companies.
